This is to state that I have been a patient of Dr. Juliette Hepburn @ The Skin Centre for over eighteen (18) years. During these years I have found her to be extremely professional in all areas of dealing with any skin issues, biopsies and consultations, etc.
There is never a long wait (as there are in most doctor offices) and I commend her for running a 'tight ship' - from the receptionist at the front and with all of the staff and nurses behind the scene in the back offices. I also like the fact that my whole body is basically 'mapped out' and therefore any skin concerns or yearly check-ups - Dr. Hepburn is able to immediately compare any skin lesion concerns and ascertain whether a biopsy is necessary. Without sounding too dramatic here, I feel that Dr. Hepburn basically saved my life many years ago. She was doing a skin biopsy in my neck area and noticed another small lesion in the same area and therefore decided to biopsy this one as well. Needless to say, she was shocked that the results came back as a Melanoma. Within 24 hours, Dr. Hepburn had arranged for Dr. Chea to perform surgery right there at her office and the lesion was removed completely and the surrounding area just to be 100% sure.
I am also extremely impressed at her constant upgrading of her 'skin machines'. She is always researching and reading up on all of the latest and best machines and innovative procedures - her enthusiasm for learning the latest is always at an all time high. I respect her immensely and have no hesitation in recommending her to any of my family and friends.
